ShotSave grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
Because ShotSave operates completely locally on your device and does not back up your files to a cloud database, you are solely responsible for managing your device storage and device backups. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, app deletion, or operating system failures.
ShotSave may offer optional digital purchases (such as a Premium upgrade). All purchases are billed through Apple or Google payment systems. These purchases are final and governed by the refund policies of the respective App Store.
The application, along with its original source code, design elements, branding, and user interface layouts, remains the exclusive property of the developer. You may not attempt to extract the source code or reverse engineer the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this app.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
